“Had to drive out from another store to get the part needed from this store. First team member wasn't sure and almost had to leave without the part. Ran into Jose as I was leaving who did everything he could resulting in getting me the right part fast. I appreciate this type of customer service while juggling multiple other customers”

“I stopped in today to get new headlights. Kayden helped me and provided the absolutely best experience I could have had. He helped in install my headlights, which sounds easy, but requires the bumper of my car to be taken off. He did it all with a positive attitude. I'm a regular person and usually dread having to get anything done on my car, but this was the best service I've ever gotten anywhere.
I should also mention he was multi-tasking and helping other customers while helping me. There should be a very bright future for him at any company and O'Reilly is lucky to have him on their team. Rarely these days do you get customer service like that. Customer for life.”

“Visited this morning for a headlight issue. The employee helped replace both bulbs and took the time to explain the importance of the headlight cover since I was missing one. He even attempted to locate the part in their system and, when unavailable, recommended checking with the dealership. Very helpful and informative.”

“Nice people, prompt truck unloading. Park on the street, check in, when they open the door, back in off the street. The four wheeler traffic mainly know the drill and we're not impatient.”
