Claire's has the nicest employees. The store manager has outstanding customer service skills and will bend over backwards to help. The staff is friendly and helpful; the cashier is nice and helpful. Daughter gets ear piercing done quickly and gently, making her comfortable. The selection of earrings is unmatched. Prices are overrated and horrible, with pea‑sized chapstick costing $9.99. The aisles are small and a stroller could not pass. Despite the high prices, staff stocking is done well and overall the staff is very nice.
