Don't waste your time. People are very nice and the look-through was quick, but I was offered less than $15 on three items worth $400. If you have nicer quality items, try Poshmark instead.

Don’t even waste your time…staff was super rude to a girl as soon as she walked in. Completely inappropriate.
Tried to drop off tag-on nice pieces and they didn’t take a single thing. Place is a joke.

I love upcycling and recycling so this is in total alignment with saving the earth in a small way. They have a huge selection of clothes and bags and jewelry and shoes and boots and jackets and wallets. Free and open parking. So much to choose from. Fitting rooms also. And they also buy your Clothes if you want to sell. Stuff only for women and under 3 years old.

As with most consignment stores, it can be quite hit or miss at any of them. I have found some gems here though, so I think it is worth it to dig through. There is much to choose from!

This is LITERALLY my favorite place EVER! All the employees are kind, accommodating, and fair. They have great customer service and are truly doing a great job. The selection of items is unbeatable and the pricing is more than reasonable. Dawn, the manager, is just such a pleasure. Sam and the other associates are friendly and down to earth. The sales are AMAZING and I always stock up. Please visit this location! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have never had an unsatisfactory experience at this store. True, you don’t receive much for items of clothing brought in but this is essentially a thrift shop, and this is how business is done. If you want to bring expensive items in, you need to he aware that you will not receive back what they are worth, or even close to it, and accordingly accept their offer or not. Other selling outlets, such as Poshmark, Etsy and EBay may pay what you are looking for so put your items online for more money. Don’t go to Clothes Mentor, be disappointed , then complain online about the experience because you simply do not know how resale shops operate. Go with an open mind, peruse the plethora of clothing, handbags, perfumes and other accessories they offer at a great bargain. If you, then, are still disappointed….go somewhere else!!!! And, kudos to the sales staff there who are friendly, courteous and helpful. Telling them what you are looking for is recommended, and I can guarantee that if you don’t find what you’re looking for after receiving their assistance, politely decline any more suggestions and LEAVE!! Remember, “honey catches more flies than sticky fly traps “. Which would you rather be? Think about it.

Prices were generally reasonable and pretty organized for a thrift store if I’m being honest. Would come back again!

Thought I would try taking some items there. I had a brand new, in the bag, Anushka designer leather handbag hand painted from India. $328 I paid for this. They offered me $11 !!!!!
I Would not step foot in this place to sell anything but if people are crazy enough to take such a small amount of money for something by selling things to them then that's on them. I walked away with other items and drop them off at savers. It felt better in my heart than to give it to them. to purchase there the prices are a little bit better but know that, when you buy something here, someone was given a few pennies for that item. I don't think that's right and I just can't get over how unethical they are. So I can't seem to add captions to my photos. In one photo you will see the tan bag that I was hoping to sell to them. And next to it is the handbag I'm currently using which is another Anushka. The other is a screenshot from Amazon when I actually purchased it. It has never been used a single day and they didn't contest this. The only reason that I'm selling it is because my wrists need surgery and it is too hard for me to get my items in and out of it. But hey look for it on Facebook marketplace.

I strongly believe that this location does not warrant even a single star, as my experience was exceedingly disappointing. The manager with blonde hair exhibited unprofessional behavior, rolling her eyes and hastily retreating to the back office. I anticipated that my items would be denied without thorough examination. It was noticeable that they intentionally had the African American sales associate attend to me on both occasions and included a large receipt on the bag with the word 'pass.' These were Nikes that I had worn only approximately four times and were essentially in pristine condition. I do not recommend this location due to subpar staff, inadequate customer service, and poor analytical skills. They need to reassess their approach and strive for fairness and realism. It is evident that the management employs emotional leadership and is judgmental, possibly based on ethnic bias. I advise against visiting this location; however, I do have a positive opinion of Clothes Mentor as a whole.

Sold me a fake Bottega bag. Will never shop here again. Don’t trust their designers bags if I were you.

They “checked my clothes” in 2 min. I had target, Zara, and old navy EVERYTHING. THEN The light skinned lady who looked like a manager told me “oh we have so much stuff in backstalk we’re just not taking anything in right now” I said “these are the brands you all said you take when I called over the phone.” “We dooo we’re just not taking anything in because you can’t even get clothes off the racks it is so much stuff” not my problem! Maybe lower the prices of your items and you would sell faster. But to say on the phone you accept the clothes, not even look through my stuff and just tell me you have too much already AT A BUISNESS that makes money off people like me selling their clothes, is insane.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, brought in a luxury handbag and they offered me a low price but I decided to bring it back a couple days later to accept and they refused, I guess they got me back for refusing the first time - don't go here!!
