The staff were all warm and friendly. They also had a wide variety of purses but is it just me or the prices are a little steep? I could only get a wallet this time because all the purses I wanted were so pricey I was wondering if I was in an Outlet store or a regular store. An associate went out of her way to help me over the phone to find my shoe size at another Coach store even though it wasn't available at this location. I really appreciated her kindess and effort. Thank you for the great customer service.

Beautiful store with terrific products selection. The store is laid out really nice and lit well. Customer service is exceptional! Price point is on the higher side, but it is a luxury brand and higher end experience, so if your treating yourself to something special enjoy. Its nice to see Coach doing well again.
