“We had such a great experience finding my daughter’s quince dress here! The boutique is beautiful, and the dresses are absolutely stunning. Rochelle was amazing my daughter is usually very shy but she made her feel so comfortable and special. She asked all the right questions and really understood what she was looking for. Thanks to her, my daughter found the perfect dress. We came all the way from California, and it was completely worth it. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time visiting a Karl Lagerfeld store in Aurora Premium outlets. I was greeted by salesperson, Jenni. I was in need of a new winter coat since I had lost 75 pounds. Jenni went above and beyond out of her way to find the perfect size in the back. Jenni was so professional, courteous, and kind. I left feeling so happy with my purchase. Jenni also gave me some history about the famous designer, Karl Lagerfeld and how he designed for Chanel and Fendi, etc. I liked my coat so much that I returned the next morning to buy another one. I then had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Sylvia who was also so nice and helpful. I left with another long champagne winter coat. These coats are very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting this store. Plus they have a great sale. It truly was nice to shop there! This is now one of my favorite stores to go shopping. ?️♥️. It truly was an amazing experience. Thank you to the team of lovely ladies who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt classy, and confident walking out of that store!”

“I was searching the internet for a pair of Python Skin Boots with a particular look/color to them. I happened to see them on the Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear website and decided to contact the store for some assistance. A woman by the name of Kim assisted me on the phone and through text. She was a major help and found the boots in stock and took pictures/videos of the different pairs that were in my size. I was able to choose the specific pair I wanted before she quickly shipped them out to me. They just arrived today and they are even better looking in person. I will definitely purchase from Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear again and look forward to getting a matching belt. Thank you for the help Kim!”

“Zumiez is a store my sons frequent, and I am always pleased with the quality of their merchandise. The staff, including Isaak and another associate who looks similar to him, provided outstanding customer service to my children. They showed remarkable patience, particularly with my son with special needs. I am deeply appreciative and believe their exceptional service merits recognition and reward for surpassing expectations.”

“Emma at Zumiez provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! My daughter found a pair of pink Adidas Gazelle in the clearance section, but there was only one shoe. Emma could have easily told us she couldn’t find the other one, but instead she searched the entire store and even went to the back until she finally found it. The excitement on her face when she came back saying, “I found it!” was so genuine and heartwarming. She didn’t have to go above and beyond like that, but she truly cared about making my daughter happy. Thank you, Emma, for being amazing! ❤”

“Store is great. Great prices (if you know when to buy). Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a lady help get me signed up for their rewards program and saved even more! Store is a little messier on the weekends but you really overlook that with the sales and the staff. Been back twice within a week.”

“The staff were all warm and friendly. They also had a wide variety of purses but is it just me or the prices are a little steep? I could only get a wallet this time because all the purses I wanted were so pricey I was wondering if I was in an Outlet store or a regular store. I will go back here if they're having a huge sale”

“This Macy's is amazing, the staff is understanding, I never do reviews unless they're good or bad, but this is a new level, I love the fact that they organize their clothes by section, it's so nice to make things easier for us, the customer. The perfumes and cologne smell nice, I love the addition of Macy's backstage, it's just better quality. This is a location I would certainly go for my shopping.”

“I enjoy coming here. You can usually find some Guess stuff on sale here. You can also find some stuff that you cannot find in the other Guess stores. I only gave 4 stars because I am purchasing something 30 minutes before the store closes, I shouldn't be rushed in such a hurry that you forget to take the sensor off my purchased book bag. Work on that and next time, I will leave 5 stars”
