Employees are rude and condescending. The person greeting at the store obviously doesn’t like her job and it shows. The two employees at the counter were even worse. When my wife was walking away they were making fun of her. You get treated at Walmart better than at this Coach store. They lost a customer for life.

I went on Sunday to the outlet looking for the Erin shoulder bag they had one on white but I decided to get a different bag. I left the store and they called me and told me the bag I wanted had just been returned and it was on hold me at the desk!!! I’m so happy. And so glad Courtney went out of her way to get my info to call me!! This was my 1st coach purchase and I will definitely be back. All the staff is so kind and friendly!!! Thanks so much!

I very much appreciated the level of customer service I received when I was looking for a specific bag, that was sold out at this location. Gio went above and beyond. He located one bag at another store and wrote down phone # of the store, item # of the bag and recommended to either pick it up, or pay online. The fact he wasn't going to get credit for the sale, but still took the time to find my bag. Rockstar! 🤟

I placed a pick up order and when you are checking out you can put in a pick up person so I put down my brother since I wasn’t able to make the pickup. He gets there and they tell him he can’t pick up I have to be there even though I put him down as the pick up person and all he needed was an ID. So they made him purchase the item again even though I had already put in my card for pickup and cancelled my order (I didn’t receive a cancellation email either). This needs to be looked at better or updated rules because when I called they then said he needed and ID and the original card even though it never said that while I was checking out.

Quick visit this go around, but it was worth it. We were helped by **Kierra** and provided with so many options. Needed a big bag to transport my assortment of valuables, and Kierra understood the assignment. I am happy with my purchase. I am down from multiple bags to my one and only new leather Coach tote bag. I grabbed a purse charm as well. Great experience. Clean establishment. So many options and deals were available. I feel I got the most value in today's trip. Can't wait to return. Thanks again, Kierra <-- probably mispelled the name, but the sentiment is the same.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I went looking for a specific bag. The bag I wanted only came in the large size, or so I thought. After chatting with one of the ladies they checked back stock and found the bag I wanted in the size and color I really wanted. They made my day! I typically carry my bags for a long time, so I have to make sure I love it and I do! I will come back here when I am ready for my next one.
