We did business with them for years until we noticed something was not adding up. Keep an eye on these guys when having them do preventive maintenance. They will manufacture reasons to have work done. They cannot be trusted.

Extremely poor customer service. We have had many issues with the bulldog WD20 electric floor scrubber and FCE is of zero help. This machine is not worth the price, as it has issues leaking from the main plastic molded reservoir and has electrical issues. Spend your money on a different machine, from a more reputable company.

Great service & value. Service department kept us informed during the entire repair process. Service staff are courteous and professional, I would highly recommend FCE for service on your sweeper or scrubber.
