I couldn’t be more grateful for the warmth and kindness that Jim and both Michelles showed me during my visits to their shop. They truly made me feel at home every time I walked through the door. The level of customer service they provided was outstanding, and I was amazed at how my car looks brand new! It’s clear that their hard work and dedication deserve recognition from Gerber corporate. They truly go above and beyond!

Very unprofessional. Gerber claimed they fixed the issue however my car was returned to me still broke. The suspension work was outscored to another local company. This company failed to address/fix my suspension issue. I was charged $167 for an alignment; when I actually needed new control arm and bearings. They weren’t proactive enough about the car repair. 2 weeks later my car still wasn’t fixed and I was told it could take up to 2 more weeks. It shouldn’t take one month to fix the suspension issue.
2 months later I’m still waiting for my refund. They claimed they mailed a check; I’ve yet to receive. They stopped answering my emails and phone calls. My insurance company was made aware and told me Gerber had committed fraud. Please think twice before doing business with this location.

Jim and his team are amazing! What I thought was going to be stressful situation turned out to be fast and easy! Had my car back in less than a week (with repairs updates in between). Michelle was very kind and made scheduling a breeze! Very trustworthy and honest workshop! Will definitely recommend!

I have given a rating of 3 because the work they did was good, but my hood is still damaged and they did not replace it. It's been a month, and despite my repeated follow-ups, I haven't received any call from them. When I asked, the manager said their employee was laid off and did not follow up, which is ridiculous. Internal changes should not affect the customer, and there has been no follow-up despite my numerous calls."

Terrible service... they rescheduled my appointment, came here and I missed the appointment, tried to reschedule and I have not heard one word from them, meanwhile there locations say they are open and no one is answering and the voicemail tells you the hours are Monday through Friday but it says on Google they are open today. Disappointing

They removed the dent in my car, but did not paint over it very well. I needed to bring it back. After bringing it home the second time, I noticed some new scratches in the paint and just said forget it. I wasn’t taking it back a second time. They had it for an entire week the first time.

Manager Selena and Michelle front desk are on top of everything. They both are very pleasant on the phone and in person. Selena went above and beyond to get me an earlier appointment to have my car fixed because the door was not closing properly and she was concerned water leaks if rain. Thanks both of you for your help.

Serviced body and paint work on my car (through my insurance) at this Gerber location. I initially was estimated a month timline when I dropped off at the end of December. I was concerned with the timeline but a week and half later my vehicle wad ready for pick up.Michelle and Jim were great to work with throughout the process. My car came back good new and even got complaints on the shine my car had after pick up.

I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass and they did a great job! 100% satisfied with the work and how I was treated as a customer. Jim sent regular updates so I knew what was happening and Michelle went took complete car of the car loaner process. They made the entire process it easy and seamless. Thank you Jim and Michelle and everyone at Gerber! I would definitely recommend you to family, friends & neighbors!

2023/11/14 - I took my car in for an estimate on Friday, Nov 3. I was told the estimate would be done Sat or Mon at the latest. I called multiple times on Fr, Nov 10 and was sent to the national service center and on hold for over 10 min with no one answering. I called again on Mon, Nov 13. I talked to someone at the location but then put into hold hell for over 5 min and then forced to voicemail. I left a msg with my frustration with waiting for an estimate and not being able to talk to anyone. I received an email hours later with my estimate.Previous times, years ago, I didn't have this issue, so I am not sure what is going on this month.
