Second time working with Cruz at this location. I needed a last-minute rental, poor planning on my part. Cruz was helpful, friendly, and professional, got me exactly what my family needed for much cheaper than the same vehicle at another agency nearby.

Vehicle REEKED of POT, and there was no other option, in addition to the car being out of windshield washer fluid. They tried to wipe down the car with lavender (appreciate this), but they didn't have enough selection to offer a substitution for a car due to the smell. Service was fast, but seemed overbooked at this location.
