Didn’t fully realize using a debit card meant a $500 hold on my account. That aside (it’s. Hertz policy) the Edgar did everything he could to make up for my distress. I was rented a super nice 2026 Nissan Rogue.
Although this rental could seriously use a facelift I would rent from here again due to the wonderful
Customer service and attentiveness of the rep!

Hertz branch manager Edgar M is awesome! Super helpful, walked around the car with me, and took pictures of all the little things so I wouldn’t get blamed for them. He went above and beyond—definitely using this location again!

Horrible customer service, I called to get information and how to modify my reservation. The employee who is generally there most of the time is beyond rude and super dismissive. I have dealt with this employee 2x in the last 30 days and each time he extremely rude. If there are no other options I still would advise keep looking because the deals aren't worth the treatment you will receive.

They gave our car away. I read this reservation up and down it did NOT say I needed to be there by a specific time. The people inside were totally unhelpful and dismissive then admitted to overbooking.
One flat out lied and said he tried reaching me at 9am which was an absolute lie. Don’t waste your time with Hertz and do NOT waste your time with this location or staff.

I appreciated receiving helpful information from Edgar about the vehicle that I was renting. I received photographs and my contract within minutes of driving away with our vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, I received my final receipt within an hour. I appreciate the prompt service very much.

How are you as a company allowing workers who are so rude and passive aggressive to their customers work here? This man talked down to us like we were children and was just utterly rude and awful to work with. Never going to hertz again.

Horrible experience. They gave us a Jeep that was desperately in need of service. All of the safety features flashed warning lights and said they needed service. When we called customer service about this they said they couldn’t help and said we had to call other hertz locations ourselves to fix this problem. We called a bunch of places and all said they couldn’t fix the car and no replacement cars were available. So we drove a very unsafe and broken car. We’ll never be back after this horrible experience.

Mr. Cruz took care of me today. He was amazing from beginning to end. His personality was inviting and very personable.
Please allow them to wear shorts in the summer. They deserve it. :)

I have rented the first time with Hertz for more than 2 weeks and Edgar explained and showed all 3 different SUV availables during rental and he was very professional and dedicated person for his work. We got Ford Bronco Sport and I am glad that i have rented from this location. Car was clean.

Edgar was great to work with - prompt, fast and got me the right vehicle when we realized the one prepared would be too small. I was in & out in 15min even with the change thanks to Edgar being on top of everything. I will definitely use this location as my go-to in the future.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The employee who gave me the car was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—acted like I was wasting his time every time I asked a question. On top of that, he added prime road assistance to my contract I never asked for and when confronted he stated its mandatory and when he saw i kept pushing and investigating this with booking.com he started making excuses and saying he will refund it if i don’t want it! Zero manners, zero respect
After I returned the car, I explained everything to the location manager. He tried to help but couldn’t do anything! I contacted Hertz and still waiting for their action!
Bottom line, I won’t rent from Hertz again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially this location. Bilal.
