Exceptional performance and service by way of the Second National Bank Team. A shout out to Nansi in particular for the solution of rectifying a couple of items regarding the services provided by the bank. Devlyn gave assistance also. Generally speaking this team although I'm remote from their office locations, is quick to respond and very professionally driven to solve issues quickly. I'm not easily impressed but you can't overlook their zeal in providing excellent customer service and bank services satisfaction. I called Old Second Bank to request a new ATM card for my mom and the representative who help me was named Connie. She was very respectful, very professional and very patient when it came to having to speak with my mom. my mom is 93 years old and have difficulties hearing and Connie was able to extend all her patience and courtesy expected from professional under these circumstances, so I really appreciated her concerned and ability to rectify the issue. Very Satisfied! Thank You Connie.
