Tasha was VERY helpful in assisting me in my state of panic with fraudulent charges on my debit card. I appreciate all the advise, tips, and tricks she mentioned to protect myself in the future to avoid this type issue happening again. She was most helpful with any and all questions I had! Great customer service is hard to find in today's times. Thank you Tasha, you restored my faith in customer service!

I spoke with Sherry this morning on several issues regarding on-line banking. She was extremely helpful, efficient and patient as we worked through the problems. She was quick to get back to me after researching a question regarding my problem then generously offered suggestions on how to make money & time saving improvements to my account. Thank you Sherry!

Just wanted to share my experience with Nina, I was havingan issue with one of my accounts and she went above and beyond to help me and get everything straightened out in a timely manner!! Highly recommend her for any issues anyone may have.

Got a new phone and was having trouble getting into my account. Not used to new phone and had a hard time with resetting my password. Connie was very kind and helpful. She has lots of patience for I was having quite a bit of trouble getting into my account. She was a lifesaver. Thanks for all your help and support!!!

NINA, at the Lombard branch on Westmore-Meyers Road was extremely helpful in placing my order for new checks. She was quite detailed in explaining why I could or couldn't make certain changes to my order, offering alternatives to accomodate in other ways. VERY pleasant to work with.......something only to be accomplished by a living, breathing person, not AI/computer based.

When I called customer service, Sherry took my call and handled my request promptly and efficiently. She was super kind, understanding, and helpful! She gave me useful information and took the time to help me understand my account and the app more. I haven’t liked all the changes in the transition from West Suburban Bank to Old Second National, but thankfully they still have great customer service!

Great customer service! Sherry was able to verify that there was fraud on my account- which was caught same day by Old Second- and made sure my debit card was canceled. She answered all of my questions regarding fastest way to get a new card and then made sure I knew of the safety features online to protect the card from further fraud. Sherry was very helpful and kind!

To whom it may concern . I would like the president of Old Second Bank know that yall have a excellent associate her name is Connie. She works in Lombard. I had some banking issues, she was able to take care of all of them. Please give her the credit she deserves. Whether it be in a raise, a extra vacation day or 2. Or a trip to someplace warm . She is deserving of it.

I spoke to a couple different people about getting new checks mailed to me and it wasn't until Ann helped me out that I finally received them. She was very helpful and kind, you need more employees like Ann!

I’ve banked with Old Second National ever since they acquired West Suburban Bank. Overall, a great bank—friendly and helpful customer service and a simple and efficient online banking system. Unfortunately, I moved out of the area and had to cancel my account. I definitely would have stayed with the bank were I still in the area. Sophie, the online customer service rep, was of particular help in this matter. Thanks Sophie!
