What a rinky dink behind the times incompetent bank. My mother has had an account there since the early 70s. They now charge her $4.00 a month for a statement. Times must be tough so recommend moving to Chase up the road as this place must be struggling to stay afloat.

My experience was at the Old second Bank on orchard road. I had interactions with two of the special service agents and both experiences were excellent. In both cases they went above and beyond the level of service that would be considered normal. Many thanks to Maria and Marikel. It's because of people like them that I conduct my business at the Old second Bank.
