My experience was at the Old second Bank on orchard road. I had interactions with two of the special service agents and both experiences were excellent. In both cases they went above and beyond the level of service that would be considered normal. Many thanks to Maria and Marikel. It's because of people like them that I conduct my business at the Old second Bank.

Taylor, the branch manager is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional & a very nice person to work with when it comes to my banking needs. His customer service is outstanding & his follow up is incredible. Great asset to Old Second Bank.

1st time at this branch and never in my life have I felt so racially profiled and worst of all, infront of my kids. This Hispanic older lady is never welcoming. I've been with Old Second since my father moved here from Naples FL. I never had an issue at this branch until this lady started working here. Old Second would be better off. I honestly don't think the manager cares of this branch. Take your business elsewhere

BE AWARE! ILLEGAL PEOPLE WORK HERE. I asked them numerous times to stop looking at all my different accounts and they continue to do so everytime I'm there. Be aware of the old spanish lady on drive up. Noisy.

I do not normally leave reviews, but this needs to be told. On the 9th I had to request a new card due to fraudulent charges and was told a new card will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. I call the following week since the card did not arrive and ask if they can overnight, but was told it would be a charge. After waiting another week, I transferred accounts to a new bank entirely. My card just arrived today...and I noticed it was not mailed until the 15th!!! That's 6 days later than my initial request! Worst customer service ever!!

I accidentally hit the "check balance" button on the 24 hour drive-thru ATM when trying to make a deposit. Today, i noticed i was charged $1 for this. No notice comes up, no warning, they just take your money. I know it's only a dollar...but to me, it's about the principal of the situation. Yet another way these greedy banks find a way to nickel and dime people out of their money. I'm sure I could call and complain and get the situation resolved in my favor, but again, its not about the dollar; this is how they do their customers. I don't care if there is something on the fine print when you guys sent me my debit card last year, and i don't care if it's "industry standard". Shady and ridiculous practice.
