I was having a bad and difficult day. Talked to Phila and explained the situation of my ring size not fitting. He went above and beyond to help me. I will be forever grateful since this ring has a sentimental value to me. I will be coming back to this specific store because of great service.

Impeccable service at this location (Fox Valley Mall.) It was super busy and I was still greeted immediately and taken care of! Lily and Dannia were super patient and helpful! They made this my best experience at Pandora, thank you!
