“I had a great interaction with the pharmacy yesterday. My prescription had an issue that had nothing to do with the pharmacy but had to do with my insurance. I tried calling my insurance on a weekend and found out that I had to call back Monday. When I told the pharmacist this, she did everything she could to help me find a solution. Thanks for a great customer experience and this is the reason I moved my rx from Walgreens.
Another great interaction with this pharmacy. I was told they were super busy and the Rx wouldn’t be ready until after I could pick it up. I told the pharmacist and they were able to help me get it earlier.”

I cannot recommend this Genoa Healthcare pharmacy enough. I recently had a medical emergency and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but the team here, especially Batool and Sara, were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and acted quickly to help me get what I needed. They turned a really bad day around for me.
But it's not just about emergencies. Every single time I go in or call, they are friendly, understanding, and treat you with dignity and respect. “My husband and I are from Beverly Hills CA and en-route to wanderlust’ing in the UK but stopping here to see family and friends in Illinois. Because of this, I was so worried that we can get our very time and temperature sensitive prescriptions filled like we do in LA. #IYKYK;) And thankfully, we serendipitously found Nehu at this Walgreens!! Nehu is AMAZING!! She easily connected our LA profile and took care of everything♥
