“I had a great interaction with the pharmacy yesterday. My prescription had an issue that had nothing to do with the pharmacy but had to do with my insurance. I tried calling my insurance on a weekend and found out that I had to call back Monday. When I told the pharmacist this, she did everything she could to help me find a solution. Thanks for a great customer experience and this is the reason I moved my rx from Walgreens.
Another great interaction with this pharmacy. I was told they were super busy and the Rx wouldn’t be ready until after I could pick it up. I told the pharmacist and they were able to help me get it earlier.”

I cannot recommend this Genoa Healthcare pharmacy enough. I recently had a medical emergency and was feeling completely overwhelmed, but the team here, especially Batool and Sara, were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and acted quickly to help me get what I needed. They turned a really bad day around for me.
But it's not just about emergencies. Every single time I go in or call, they are friendly, understanding, and treat you with dignity and respect. “I just wanted to share my experience when I visited your store. I was assisted by Daniela and Gael, and I was truly impressed.
I came in for the balloon inflation and photo printing services, both of which I hadn’t used before.
First, the balloon service was fantastic. I had purchased balloons through Amazon for my nephew’s birthday and was calling around to find a place to get them filled. I was surprised and happy to learn CVS offers this at just $1.50 per balloon, regardless of size. Gael was incredibly careful and skilled—making sure each balloon was filled perfectly and didn’t pop. What stood out most was how attentive he was, not just to me, but to other customers too. He balanced helping me while still being aware of others who needed assistance, which showed real professionalism and product knowledge.
I also used the photo printing service, and I really appreciated the private, cozy setup. Unlike other stores where the area feels exposed, this one is well-designed and respectful of customer privacy. It made the experience comfortable and stress-free.
Daniela was equally wonderful—welcoming, positive, and attentive. She made sure every customer was taken care of and created a warm atmosphere in the store.
Both Gael and Daniela went above and beyond, and I’d love for their efforts to be recognized. It was a truly positive experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

“This is my favorite Walgreens pharmacy in the Chicago-land area; the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. At most other Walgreens, I walk away wishing I was dealing with the one on Farnsworth, as the pharmacy tends to be slow and getting customer/patient support is like pulling teeth. That is not the case at this location; the staff here is always responsive and helpful, and generally go the extra mile to help patients get the medication they need with minimal inconveniences.”

“My husband and I are from Beverly Hills CA and en-route to wanderlust’ing in the UK but stopping here to see family and friends in Illinois. Because of this, I was so worried that we can get our very time and temperature sensitive prescriptions filled like we do in LA. #IYKYK;) And thankfully, we serendipitously found Nehu at this Walgreens!! Nehu is AMAZING!! She easily connected our LA profile and took care of everything♥
To preface~ I am professional model and on a reality show and because of this I am contractually obligated to a detailed weight clause including an addendum with consequences for not adhering to the agreed-upon weight range. Nehu understood this and was so kind and so understanding!!
