I go out of my way by about 3 miles to go there. Great deals and a large variety of OTC and personal care products. Snacks and food like a convenience store. Large selection.”

“Great gas station ⛽!! Usually the cheapest in the area. Membership🪪 is required to be able to purchase gas here. They recently upgraded their fuel pumps which is a plus!! Be prepared to wait in line especially during the unexpected gas increases the lines can get long! Overall, a great station!!”

“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”

“I have the pleasure of writing this review on Matt Anseger, pharmacist at Osco on Prairie in St Charles (if i am hacking the name i apologize im trying to read your name tag in the video). I write great reviews for those who go above and beyond and who are deserving of this accolade. Matt, you are a consumate professional and deserve the title of professional with heart. My wife came in 4/26/26 in the afternoon to pick up my medications after I spent 5 days in the hospital for open heart surgery. She is exhausted as I am after going through this with me. You allowed her to video record your personal Instructions so she had them right..What a great descriptive personal video it was. You left my wife stress free and guess what? We switched pharmacies for this visit from the awful Walgreens on Peck Rd. We are now customers for life. Matt, again thank you from the bottom of my heart, this is an experience I will never forget. “Good place open late. Only thing is I said multiple times have a good night. I said thank you to the cashier once I was leaving. I understand that it’s late and you had a long shift but hey one you’re welcome one have a good night. It goes a long way, especially when I said it over three times so yeah maybe just have a good night, sir have a good day, sir would go a long way when I say have a good night, the cashier looked at me and didn’t even say anything maybe have some manners and say something back like have a good night or even just give me a response rather than just ignoring me I mean I get it it’s late but have some manners. I just told you to have a good night. I didn’t cause any problems and I’m just asking you thank you and have a good night and you decide to just not answer anything I say. This happened at 11:52 PM at the cashiers lane Next time have a better attitude, and if I’m causing you a problem, which I clearly didn’t maybe it’s time to find a new job.”

This is a dangerous place to go to because they're emptying my pocket every time.
My family will not be happy if I don't go groceries shopping here. We're so hooked.
We love their precooked dinner like lasagna, meatloaf, chicken pasta, salmon seafood stuffing and many more...
My pets foodd and supplies were also purchased here. Not to mention the all seasons decorating, flowers, plants, medicines, and even jewelry.
As long as you can afford it, Costco have it all.”

“It’s cold outside (imagine that, in Chicago) get in my car and tire pressure is low on all 4 tires, exceptionally low on one. Costco took my car in right away and ended up finding a nail in one, they quickly fixed it, checked all of the tires and just aired those up and sent me on my way.
We really appreciate the service we always receive from Costco Tire, fair prices and convenient hours.”

“This store is usually very clean and well-organized. A couple of areas of opportunity though. There appears to be a shortage of associates willing to get carts. Also, their associates should more actively push customers to use the Scan-&-Go option in the Sam's Club app. As their lines are often VERY long on the weekends.”

You all continue to uplevel care and exceed expectations for ultra thorough, double-checked accuracy and above and beyond brand compatibility with my allergens. The pharmacists excel in patient consultation for prescription needed medication - instructions & expertise shared in detail. The technicians are very adept administering vaccines. Recently, information was provided to me about an updated pneumonia strain vaccine alert to discuss with my primary care physician, as well as an outstanding vaccine on my radar. Insurance coverage is maximized full throttle. Alternative prescription medications are recommended by pharmacists for full insurance coverage, when needed. Thank you all so much!”
“During the weight loss prescription drug shortage they were able to fill my prescription. They are an hour away from my home but I still make the drive even though the shortage is over as they are so pleasant and accommodating.”

I want to give a special shoutout to the pharmacist, Jazmin, who went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. When one of my medications wasn't in stock, she took the time to call other locations. At my last pharmacy, it was my responsibility to call different pharmacies to see if they had my medicine in stock. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. This pharmacy needs to keep her at all costs! I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for great service.”

Adding on our most recent experience taking children for the nasal flu mist, amazing. The pharmacist who helped us was SO patient and kind and our kids did amazing there with the interaction while trying something new. Sometime I’ll have to try the scheduling ahead feature just to see how that is.”

“I had a great interaction with the pharmacy yesterday. My prescription had an issue that had nothing to do with the pharmacy but had to do with my insurance. I tried calling my insurance on a weekend and found out that I had to call back Monday. When I told the pharmacist this, she did everything she could to help me find a solution. Thanks for a great customer experience and this is the reason I moved my rx from Walgreens.
Another great interaction with this pharmacy. I was told they were super busy and the Rx wouldn’t be ready until after I could pick it up. I told the pharmacist and they were able to help me get it earlier.”
