Rachael was extremely good and helpful she deserves a raise and she provided above and beyond great service I also learned a lot from her as well

I had an issue with a boot that I have owned several pairs of, and I talked to Joe (I think that’s his name). I had a great experience and it reminded me of why I spend the extra money on red wing products. They took care of it right away and made sure I left happy. I won’t go anywhere else for work related footwear!
