“I was searching the internet for a pair of Python Skin Boots with a particular look/color to them. I happened to see them on the Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear website and decided to contact the store for some assistance. A woman by the name of Kim assisted me on the phone and through text. She was a major help and found the boots in stock and took pictures/videos of the different pairs that were in my size. I was able to choose the specific pair I wanted before she quickly shipped them out to me. They just arrived today and they are even better looking in person. I will definitely purchase from Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear again and look forward to getting a matching belt. Thank you for the help Kim!”

“A Catholic gentleman named John assisted us right away when we walked in. His manner of speech and quality of service made the impression on me that this is what customer service ought to be. The quality of the product was unmatched. He gave me important tips for dress and maintaining the shoe. I’ll certainly go back when I need important shoes, because I will remember the experience as “The Perfect Shoe Store.”
(I mention “Catholic” because when I walked in, he asked what I was wearing it for, and I told him it was for the Latin Mass. He then told me he was Catholic and we talked about it. That’s a part of customer service I think is forgotten: being genuine and charismatic.)”
“Nike has long been my favorite brand of sportswear, but especially running shoes. I entered this store more or less out of curiosity. The store is very well stocked, it is quite large, clear and clean.

“The manager at this store was so helpful I was so happy I don't think I got her name but I ordered a pair of Crocs online that were too big and she was able to track down the same style in a smaller size at a different location and she had it sent to her store for me😭. The customer service was amazing and I appreciate the other workers who helped me when I came in to exchange the crocs! Thank you”
“This Cole Haan outlet store has a good selection of casual and sport shoes, handbags, wallets, glasses, socks and shoe cleaning supplies, and although sometimes my size is not available at the store, the employee(s) always offer to order it for me, and have the item(s) shipped for free to my home.The back of the store has a clearance section where I’ve been able to find pretty good deals.”

“I like Merrell shoes and this location has much more to pick from than any of the other nearby retailers that carry Merrell shoes. Just because it's an outlet mall and Outlet store, doesn't mean they have lower prices. The fact that I can see the shoes, try them on and walk around them in the store for a few minutes is a giant advantage to me over buying them online at the same price.”

“This Columbia factory outlet store in the Aurora outlet center has plenty of clothing and outdoor gear to choose from for adults as well as children. They not only have good jackets and outerwear, but they also have a large selection of pants and shirts as well as women's blouses. We were here the week before Christmas and they also had plenty of in-store, un advertised specials. There are plenty of great deals to be found on all types of Columbia clothing wear.”

“This Reebok store is laid out nicely with a very large selection of shoes and a bit of clothing. Reebok are a great value, the prices at the Reebok Outlet store are really good, the sales can be great. Customer service is good, there are many associates to help. I also like they greet you when I walk in and asked numerous times of I needed any help. Definitely a great stop if you want Reeboks!”
