This is the best U-Haul store I have ever used. Full inventory and plenty of options. David was extremely helpful and professional. They also refill propane by the gallon which I did not know and will be using in the future.

Bob and Skyler were exemplary!
Checking out: Bob was extremely cordial and supportive on the phone and in person. My friend encountered a situation at a non-corporate location and when we called this location (a corporate store), Bob was willing to speak with the non-corporate store to see if he could help. We ended up traveling to Bob's location and the customer service experience he provided increased! Bob was able to get my friend a better rate, the right size truck she wanted and made the process hassle free. He truly saved the day and gave my friend the relief she needed!
Checking In: Skylar was incredible! I noticed a leak inside the truck, I showed Skyler, and he explained what he saw and how the leak was occurring. He made sure to thank me for alerting him, and he had my friend smiling just as Bob did. Two phenomenal gentlemen, and I'll be coming here if and when I need a truck for myself! Thank you Bob and Skyler!!!

Not only do they now require a drivers license. But recently they take your picture and require 2 points of contact. For a trailer rental. Nope.

Only had 1 staff member available on a Saturday. They require 2 emergency contacts and call them to make sure they answer. Slow customer service and long process even with self check in

Fix your estimated delivery dates online or in the app. Date was continuously switching between two dates for me. I ordered mover help as well. Their time and mine were not respected due to the constantly changing estimation dates for delivery. When I had made the reservation initially, the pickup/move-in date was scheduled on the 23rd. This is when the mover helpers were also scheduled to pick up the box from the facility. When checking the app the date continuously shifted between the 23rd and 24th, making it hard to schedule time off for the move as well as causing scheduling conflicts with the mover. When I contacted the mover for potential delays, he was not able to fit me in until a later date as he was booked for the 24th and my appointment was for the 23rd. Why would Uhaul schedule an appointment date for the 23rd with the movers if they cannot guarantee the box ready by that day? Overall bad experience and the workers were not willing to accommodate the mover when he attempted the scheduled pickup on the 23rd even though the Ubox had been at the facility since the 19th.

Bob Hasty did an absolutely fabulous and thorough job explaining and demonstrating how we should operate and manage our trailer! He was polite and explained everything without sounding condescending. This is not something I expected and it was a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I’ve had.

Bob helped me today with my trailer rental. Very nice and knowledgeable man about trailers, offered tips and tricks and made me feel confident in pulling my first trailer. Will absolutely be a return customer when the time comes to rent another piece of moving equipment.
