U-Haul Moving & Storage of Fox Valley is a decent, nice clean facility with a big selection of trucks, trailers, and other moving equipment. The vehicles are clean and well ran with good prices. Employees are described as always helpful and friendly, with exceptional customer service that makes the process easier. However, there can be waits for service with only one employee working, and the online reservation process can fail. Some note that items in the facility beyond the vehicle rentals can be overpriced. Overall, it is recommended by many as the best U-Haul location.
The staff were friendly and professional. I received clear instructions of what to do prior to driving off in the rental vehicle. I would come back to this location again.
