“Joe was amazing! I was having difficulties with my movers and decided to call the store directly. I gave Joe the background details and he handled everything so professionally and discreetly. He kept me on the phone with the movers, they were aware of this, while making the arrangements. It was quite the process! Everything from the movers changing the names of who would be the designated driver, whether they had a credit card that would work, which was declined a few times, and then organizing the return date and time.
My family was moving my 90-year-old father and the day was extremely stressful in itself, compounded by my movers giving us the runaround. “This is my go to place for storage. I love the fact that most of the units are indoors and are climate controlled. The building is easy to get in and out of, the access hours are reasonable, as are the prices. I have three spaces and continuously changing circumstances, and Ginger has been amazing through all of my changes and needs. Ginger deserves a pay raise!”
