Employees are described as always helpful and friendly, with exceptional customer service that makes the process easier. However, there can be waits for service with only one employee working, and the online reservation process can fail. Some note that items in the facility beyond the vehicle rentals can be overpriced. Overall, it is recommended by many as the best U-Haul location.
