my package was never sent out and they claimed they were “so good” at doing their job that it must’ve been my fault. i send out packages every day and they’re always rude.

They don’t care. Bend letters that are labeled do not bend. Still getting wrong mail for over 10years and they say they can’t do anything.

Nice staff and good service. We went there for my son's passport. We had an appointment. The associate did not make us wait at all. He was very helpful and courteous.

Save yourself the hassle and go to a different postal service. The one in North Aurora is better. And the one in Montgomery has better passport services.

Don’t come hear for your passport needs. Awful people who don’t care to help. Had an appointment at 2:30 waited 25 and nobody’s was helping. Terrible……..!

There's a short Indian woman with glasses; she's rude, with a bad attitude and terrible service. I came here for service, not to see people being mean for providing a service. I hope someone can do something about it.

First of 3 trips to the building we received friendly and what we believed helpful service. However, we have been waiting for over a month for forwarded mail which now seems to be missing. The phone number the manager gave us actually went to a facilities maintenance person not him; emails have gone unanswered, and still on hold waiting to speak with a repress who can point us in the right direction. Per them checking online, it says our request went through over a month ago.

Leave it to the post office to make their only convenience now an inconvenience by taking away the longreach mailboxes and putting a no-reach mailbox in their drive-thru lane so people need to get out of the car and stand up to reach.
Talk about going back in time, what's next? Are they going to install hitching posts so they can bring back horses instead of mail trucks? 👎

Zero stars!!! Why have a phone number if no one ever answers. It rings 10 times and then you are disconnected. I tried at least 9 times and this continues to happen. What a joke!

Lady in glasses harrased my wife and and my 1 year old baby because baby was talking loud this people in this location have no Attitude talking to customer HOW USPS WORKING WITH THIS KIND PEOPLE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION AND DONT GO THIS LOCATION AT BECAUSE REVIEWS ARE TELLING HOW THEY COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS

I had a very frustrating experience at this post office. I came in with a question and not only did the staff not have an answer, but the only response I got was “I don’t know.” No one made an effort to find someone who did know or direct me to the right person. It felt like they weren’t interested in helping at all. Disappointing service.
