“Harry was great, although he wasn’t able to repair my watches due to their age and issue he was very knowledgeable and I recommend anyone to try them out.”

“I have purchased jewelry from Roger & Hollands before and my experiences (past and present) have been great. Staff is friendly and answered all my questions about the jewelry. I had to minus one star because of the excessive reminders (9 total) to review my recent experience.”

“Most of us all know how good Fossil products are or we are fans of the style. I was in Chicago for a work trip and stopped into the Chicago Premium Outlets. I was so excited to a Fossil Outlet (my local one closed)! Let me tell you that I went in one evening and bought 2 bags and I went back the next evening and got two watches. Both times I stopped in I received excellent service. I was very impressed with the gentleman who helped me with the bags - good knowledge but friendly genuine conversation (I think his name was Jose? I’m sorry I forgot!). The next day the store manager and Sammy were working and they were so very helpful, patient and friendly. The product knowledge was great - however the hospitality and connection were fantastic! That store is doing something way right!”

“Giving this place 5 stars but only specifically to one of the employees that had helped me out the day I came in and his name is Anthony. I went in looking for a nice gift for my husband and the other staff that attempted to help me didn’t seem too knowledgable about any of the products in there which was honestly extremely disappointing. Luckily, I met Anthony who knew so much about each different brand and he was tremendously helpful. I hope to stop by again and put in a purchase, but I do recommend anyone who goes to shop there to find Anthony.”

“I was looking to replace a sentimental watch that was purchased in 2022 from this store and I had very low hopes of finding it because it did not exist on any corner of the web. Katrina was very quickly able to identify and locate the exact model of the watch, and the order was placed. I received it by mail 3 days later. I can’t even describe the relief and happiness I felt! All thanks to Katrina’s resourcefulness and professional work.”

“Amazing amazing customer service !! I have been taking my watches to them for 7 years and each time I go their quality of service is impeccable! Everything from getting links removed and added, changing batteries, and getting new bands from them. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time they polish my watches and other jewelry. Big shoutout to Sebastian and Abdul!”
