They’ve consistently delivered top-quality work for my business—handling everything from brochures and business cards to banners with professionalism and care.
Beyond my business needs, they’ve been an incredible resource for our local high school (New Trier), designing and printing large volumes of brochures, posters, banners, and banquet booklets for the Football, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey teams. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these important projects. Their service, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched!
But today, they surpassed even my highest expectations. A package we thought was lost was tracked down thanks to their persistence and incredible attention to detail. Mike and Pete were so responsive! They retraced every step—reviewing the labeling process, speaking with the driver, and even checking the in-store camera footage. Their extra effort solved the mystery, and the package was found and delivered right on time.

“For our wedding, we had a lot of signs, menus, ceremony booklets etc. needed. We even wanted a cut-out of my husband and I for guests to take photos with. The vendor we worked with on our wedding invite suite did not meet our expectations, so I was nervous I was going to need to DIY everything myself...But then that's when I was introduced to my savior, Jonathan! Not only was Jonathan able to create everything we wanted in the look & feel of our wedding invitation suite, but he absolutely crushed it! “OMG I’ve been doing bidness w/ Owner / Operator Michael Forman since we moved to Very East ( VELF ) LF in 1987 ( ironically the same weekend as Mr T ) and Michael, Along w/ faithful Pooch Fido have been servicing me con brio ever since.
1) Although often melancholy, MF always seems to perk up when I show up like clockwork on Thursdays in time for me to pay top$ for the myriad of chochkies( sic) he tries to unload like 5-color solar flashlights that glow in the dark and sunglasses w/ a Wig attached that even in Lake Bluff could pass for Trump.
2) Michael’s command of English along w/ Swahili and Mandarin make even the most cosmopolitan LF’er feel Velkome y BienVenue …
- What more can I say to merit his 5 star service? Freshly baked cookies? An horsd’oueurves plate rivaling only that of Onwentsia ? Most of all his chipper upscale mein even when they somehow Bombay your Aspen - bound skiis to Sri Lanka ?

He went out of his to resolve the issue and they sent my mom a check for the full value of the items lost even though i didnt get the insurance or anything.
