Super cool people working there!Had the wrong address on a package I was trying to send and they sent it back to me. Had to take it back to have them ship to the right address and the guy gave me a good discount.Super friendly and awesome!

Super cool service level. With all the changes in retail shipping and eCommerce returns, this can be thankless job. When I stop in (even when it is very busy) the team at the Libertyville, IL UPS location are friendly and professional. Special thanks to Andrea H. and store manager Ben Thackston.
