“Over the many years I’ve been driving, I’ve had the reluctant experience of visiting several body shops throughout the Northwest Chicago suburbs. None of them have ever matched the craftsmanship, service, and friendliness of Caliber Collision on Rand Road in Arlington Heights. They truly did, as their slogan says, “restore the rhythm of my life.”
A few months ago, my car had a minor “bump” in the rear. Having had excellent results with Caliber Collision in the past, I didn’t hesitate to bring my Jaguar back to them. The repair work was phenomenal — they completely restored the damaged area, and the car looked brand new. They also replaced a passenger-side mirror that I had damaged while backing out of my garage — again, perfect work.
Not only does Caliber deliver top-quality results, but they also honor their timelines. My car has always been ready on the exact day promised. On one occasion, I had an emergency and needed the car sooner than expected. Manager Mike Reed went above and beyond to expedite the repair, and I was back on the road in record time.
The entire team at Caliber Collision are true professionals who take pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — they really do cater to “the rhythm of your life.””
“My car was rear ended in a car accident in November. Had to get body work done to the rear end of my car. I called Casten very confused and unsure of the steps I needed to take to get my car repaired. Stephanie walked me thru what to do and helped me so much. I was able to use Casten in Lake Zurich for my body work and got my car back looking WAY better than when I bought it! I highly recommend these guys for honest great quality work! From start to finish they kept me informed and were super nice. If I could give a 10 star rating I would!”

“I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette convertible from Albo Auto Sales. At first I was reluctant because it had a salvage title; however, it was explained to me that banks often total cars that have minimal damage but are deemed too expensive to repair. After some research I discovered that was exactly the case. These “totaled” cars are sold at a steep discount at auction. I believe Albo purchases these mildly damaged cars and reconditions them. In my case, I got the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. This seems to be a win win situation to me. Of course, it depends on Albo providing reliable and nicely reconditioned cars, which I believe they do. Dealing with Albo was easy and communication was excellent. Shout out to Leo for a very pleasant buying experience.”

“The service at Woodfield Collision was phenomenal! My 2019 Dodge Durango was rear ended and required a lot of repairs. Although the truck had 96000 miles it was in excellent condition. The owner, Kurt, fought with the insurance company more than once to ensure that I got replacement parts that were of high quality so that I still have a vehicle that looks as it did when it got hit, which was like new. Paint job was beautiful and they even sprayed my receiver hitch which although not damaged in the accident, had rusted from 7 years of usage. When Kurt wasn't available, Anthony was great to work with and could answer questions and give work updates.”

“We have been customers of Bodyshop of Barrington for over 28 years. We drive 60 miles to their shop. We were referred to them originally by Motor Werks BMW. As an Architect and BMW Enthusiast I care a lot of the quality of body work and painting. The quality of their work is mind boggling perfect. On a relatively new or 2 year old BMW whether it’s a 5 Series or X3 their work is indistinguishable upon very close examination from the original BMW body panels and factory paint. Earlier this year I was involved in a stupid accident with our Q4 eTron that was my fault. I paid for it out of pocket. They did the project for $3,800. They were able to reuse and repair 2 panels in addition replacing other parts and panels. At an Audi Body Shop the same project was estimated to be $7,000. Again we got flawless results. The owner and staff are wonderful people that value your business, honest and dependable people. I highly recommend them. They are great in all respects.”

“Had the best experience working with Rick at Pepper Auto Body! My teen son had hit some ice and slid into a tree, causing significant damage to the front end of his car, including the headlights. I had an estimate from another shop nearby but they couldn’t even start the work on the car for another MONTH! They also said the estimate could very well be more because “you never know what we may find later”. Ugh- left me with a bad feeling. I left that shop and drove 2 blocks to Pepper Auto Body. Rick greeted me and was nothing but kind, professional, and upfront. Being a female, I’ve certainly been to auto shops where I feel I’m being taken advantage of just because the staff think they can. But Rick was awesome- treated me with respect, put my mind at ease, told me exactly what needed to be done, told me the cost up front, and best of all- got us in the very next week!! We dropped it off on a Tues and it was ready on Fri!! And side note- the total cost came in a THIRD of the estimate I got at the neighboring repair shop I went to first. I would definitely recommend Rick and Pepper Auto Body to anyone needing fair, professional work done on their cars, and if the need arises, we will definitely use them in the future!”
