“My parked car was struck by another vehicle. Although distressing, BBA made the experience much less so. The estimate written by the responsible party's insurance carrier was very low. Sam worked with the insurance appraisers in a manner that wasn't contentious, to arrive at an agreed repair price. Alex, Andrea and Sam continually kept me informed of the repairs during the process. They offered to arrange the rental for me, and basically, took the worry and stress out of the situation. Finally, the repairs were completed timely and beautifully. Excellent work. The BBA team is courteous, professional, and excellent in every aspect. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to any other repair shop.”

“Caliber was recommended to me by the Audi dealer and I have nothing but beyond positive things to say about them. The work was excellent.Everyone at Caliber was so friendly. Tina and Jocelyn at the front desk were super kind and responsive. The two guys I spoke to were knowledgable and answered any questions. Their facilities are also really nice in comparison to the other shops I got estimates from. Makes you feel like youre leaving your car in good hands.I had a rental car through Enterprise and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber when I picked up my actual car. I don't know if that's a standard thing but it was SO convenient.I hope my car is never hit again but if it is, im definitely coming back here. Can't recommend them enough.P.S. the other two estimates I got were effectively the same as Caliber with much lower quality facilities and cars they were working on. There was 0 benefit in trying to go with a smaller shop to save money - don't take the first body shop your insurance recommends”

“I gave them a weird job and they did it great!Accommodating, communicative, technically skilled.The price they gave seemed about average, based on other quotes I got and what I could find online.I needed some body panels replaced due to rust. It was a weird job because the work probably cost about as much as the car was worth. A lot of nearby shops said they wouldn't do it, because it was labor-intensive and they were swamped with collision repairs (late 2022). But Marin was willing to do it, and now the body looks new. “I’ve slept in the parking lot of many of the finest hotrod shops across the country, and this is by far one of the nicest.The tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop, and I must say it’s a marvel of modern hotrod manufacturing.Now for the most important part the toilet paper in the bathroom was soft but not too soft, and didn’t have any of those cheap fake perfumes.Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality would definitely sleep in this parking lot again……5 stars”

“The attention to detail is what sets this place apart. Most body shops can get your car looking like it did pre accident but they went above and beyond. Not only were they thorough in making sure every part was replaced that was damaged (most of them unseen), they even fixed my Ram box that stopped working. I had asked the dealership months prior, the dealership told me I needed a whole new box and they would have to get back to me once they figure out parts and paint cost, they never called though so who knows what they would have charged. Forrest/Ace auto body got it fixed no problem. Not only that but the truck was cleaner than it was the day I purchased it and drove it off the lot. Place is great”
