“Anderson’s Candy Shop was the perfect quick stop for an anniversary gift — honestly felt like walking into chocolate heaven. The young gentleman helping me was incredibly personable and friendly, even sharing the history of the store with such pride and enthusiasm. You can truly tell he loves where he works and values the family/business behind it. I was amazed by the variety and quality of chocolates — definitely not your average commercial candy shop. Everything felt unique, thoughtful, and special. To top it off, he beautifully wrapped the gift in a box with a ribbon, which made it feel even more personal and meaningful. Definitely returning again — both for gifts and for myself!”

“I stopped by for the first time to pickup some jolly rancher watermelon candy and was impressed with the selection of candy's. I had a great conversation with the nice lady that was there, I didn't want to take all the watermelon candy ? so I will have to go back for a second visit.”

“Stopped in for my first time. Decided to try the dark chocolate peanut butter melts and sour gummy worms. The store has a wide variety selection. Additionally I'd like to mention that their prices are super reasonable and the quality of the candy is high grade. So the gummy worms were fantastic. However the chocolate peanut butter melts were unbelievably good. I'm never buying candy at a convenience store or gas station again. Once again it's the low price and high quality that was impressive but once I tried the candy I was sold. I will be buying candy exclusively from long Grove confectionary from now on. The reason for my stop is my parents were here a few weeks prior. They purchased the chocolate covered almonds and they were delicious. I was also drawn by the price label I saw on the bag. I very highly recommend this business. They also had a lovely holiday section and there were certainly some premium and seasonal items. I was astonished by how awesome this place was. I will have to visit their long Grove location soon. I always make a point to support local businesses. Our communities count on this. If you've never been please check out long Grove confectionary.”
