Eric at the teller line was so nice and helped me deposit checks with no issue and transfer funds between accounts. The main lobby was clean, the music wasn’t too loud, and everyone was pleasant.

Unlike other financial institutions, you cannot assign a beneficiary to your accounts online at Chase. So I went in to the Barrington location and even though there were no other customers there, I was told I had to set up an appointment. I transferred my money out of Chase.

I came in today 3/2 to cash my first pay check. An older gentleman with a pinky ring on was my teller. Came in around 4:00pm Money has been really tight starting my new job. It was a chase bank business check. He stated it would be a 10.00 charge. no problem, I said my pleasure. He said I need two forms of Id. I said. No problem, my pleasure. My Id expired 4 days ago and i haven’t been able to get into the DMV working 6 days a week and I can’t afford a new Id. He scanned my check, proceeded to cash the check and then says I’m sorry your ID is expired. I can’t cash the check. I ran out of gas on the way home on the way to my bank. This guy is inconsiderate and we need less people like this in customer service. Just wanted to share. Thank you

Seniors and small depositors are not welcomed. Staff are few, and cashiers can't do anything out of the ordinary without getting a supervisor who is occupied with one crisis after another. Lots of empty cubicles. Ask a question and the answer is you have to make an appointment.

Making a deposit from one account to another. Bank wants to place a 10 day hold on the funds even with a cashier's check. I questioned it and was told "it's the system, it can put a hold on anything for many reasons". I've been a chase customer for 30 years. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told there is none as he is on paternity leave. I understand paternity leave and the necessity of it, but what am I supposed to do other than find a new bank.

I am an authorised user on a checking account at Chase but every few months I get locked out of my checking account. I call but that is useless as I go through a circle wasting time. Eventually I have to again waste time to go into a local branch where I waste time again to ask a banker to help. I hope someone at Chase reads this to help resolve this issue. Dr Kiran Frey

Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in to inquire about an auto loan and sit down with a banker. Was told they couldn’t help and to look online. Would not recommend this location

I have banked at this branch (been a chase customer for far longer) for 7 years and always have a good experience. the staff is professionally dressed and courteous.

They did not update their hours. Got to drive thru at 4:03 and they would not process my deposit because they changed their hours to 4pm

Tammy, the teller or branch manager, vice president that all title shows on her name card, was very rude. She need more skill to deposit money at the counter.
