“My son loves the weekly camp ! Andrew does such an incredible job of motivating the kids and making it fun and a lil competition :) We started this camp to improve my son's speed, strength and agility on the ballfield and we can already notice the difference! We definitely will continue to go to camp and look forward to seeing how my son grows in his workout journey! Thank you!”

“The best place to workout! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new place, the Den is it! Everyone here is incredible! The trainers are all very motivating, helpful and supportive. Their motto “strength in community” isn’t just words, it’s truly the life they lead by. As a mom who prioritizes fitness, the kids camp has been incredible for keeping with my fitness goals. I’ll forever be thankful for my Den crew for holding me accountable, challenging me and reminding me I can do STRONG things!”

“I have been going to POE for nearly two years now and am extremely impressed and satisfied with my results and my experience. I would strongly recommend this program for those who have challenges maintaining consistency with traditional gym or at home exercise programs. The efficiency of the program and the flexibility of being able to book an appointment on-demand as my schedule changes throughout the week has been invaluable. I would also recommend this program to those who have chronic injury or are looking to build strength as part of their recovery from an injury. In my experience the program is very adaptable and can be customizable to meet individual needs and training goals. All of the trainers are great too!”
