“Zachary did a great job leading the Upper Body Strength class. He explained each workout clearly, gave individual attention even though the class was pretty full, and checked my form throughout to make sure I was doing everything safely. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made sure I didn't get hurt. Great class—I’d definitely take another one with him!”

“We’ve had such an incredible experience with Tactic. The entire team has been amazing, but Casey especially stands out. He is encouraging, supportive, patient, and truly knows how to connect with kids by meeting them exactly where they’re at. My 11-year-old son feels comfortable, motivated, and genuinely enjoys being there, which says so much. You can tell they truly care about the kids success both physically and mentally. We are so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on his confidence and growth in a short time. Highly recommend! ⭐”

“After having two kids, the thought of getting back into the gym was honestly intimidating. I had lost a lot of confidence and wasn’t sure if I could get back to where I wanted to be. Joining Burn Boot Camp - Lake Zurich changed that. From my very first day, I felt welcomed, supported, and never judged. The trainers have been incredible—they’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. They celebrate every win, no matter how small, and have helped me build my confidence right alongside my strength. The positive atmosphere and supportive community make it a place I actually look forward to coming to. I’m so thankful I took that first step, and I can’t recommend Burn Boot Camp enough to anyone who’s nervous about starting over. It truly feels like a place where everyone wants to see you succeed.Added plus - the child care! Without it I would not be able to devote this time for myself.”

“Having one person working the whole place is a crime. I always find myself waiting to book a massage chair or whatnot, while the poor employee is trying to manage 4 things at the same time. Shame.”
