“Good service helpful helped me pack my Amazon returns but made me pay a few bucks for packaging when it’s supposed to be free Amazon states no box required just a QR code which I had so idk maybe the employee was new but he was still professional and nice and helped me out but think he didn’t fully understand how the Amazon returns work guessing he’s new”

Then he assured me that the next time I might have something in my car difficult for me to handle, to just come in the store and ask for someone to get it out of my car. THAT'S customer service!”
