Then I met this amazing young lady Jordan at the pet store in South Barrington. She could’ve not been sweeter And really talked about this doctor’s office. “We are new to the area and had to choose a new vet for our 13 year old kitty, Fonzie, who hadn't been feeling well. Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!”

“I contacted this clinic since it is only a 5 minute drive from my home. Setting an appointment was smooth and got an appointment in a timely manner. I brought in my three month old kitten Serenity for a wellness exam, tags, and rabies vaccination. The visit was great! Dr Ciura was amazing along with all the techs and front staff I have encountered with my kitten. Serenity didn’t hiss once. I’ve had two visits in the past month and both visits went well. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. They explain everything to you to make sure your pet is healthy and well. They have no hidden fees, as they give you estimates on every service for you to decide when and how you would like your pet serviced. Thank you for amazing treatment to my kitty.”

Here, you get compassion, thoroughness, responsiveness, and true dedication without feeling financially taken advantage of.
Everyone in this clinic is wonderful—from the receptionist to the vet techs to Dr. Williams herself. It may be a small practice, but the quality of care, the warmth, and the genuine love for animals is huge.

“I love the new veterinarian and staff. I have a skiddish dog named Toby, mainly with other dogs, but when unfamiliar humans get close to him as well he will go from 0 to 100 and is very scared if im not with him. I did have my dog muzzled to protect everyone. I coordinated with them prior to make sure other dogs wouldn’t be in the lobby. the vet and his vet techs were very patient and non reactive with my dogs temperament which I appreciate because when I feel someone is non pleasant with out situation, it makes me not want to ever go back. Previously, we had to have a vet come to our house for vet care. The staff at PAH did a really nice job, I help my pups front and it helped. They were very accommodating and didn’t act annoyed. They even did his shots and blood work with me in the room, which I truly thank them for. Thank you guys!”
