Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!”

“My wife and I brought our 6/7yr DSH/Blue mix for a physical and vaccines. This was our first visit to Village Veterinary Clinc. We choose them becuase of an incident with a previous clinic from three years earlier. That and the reviews I had seen for Village Veterinary were fantastic.

It is little bit of a smaller building on the inside but that is nice since each exam room is cozy and well-thought out. The room allowed Gary our cat to explore and try to get comfort for his visit. Kerry and Karyn at client reception are very friendly and efficient. Our Veterinary nurse Valerie was a sweetheart. She loved Gary and she knew how to position Gary and hold him in place for vaccines and blood work. I really appreciate that Valerie as kind as she was to Gary also knew how to take charge and keep him safe.

That now brings me to to Dr Cindy Marks. Absolute compassionate doctor. Dr Marks took the time to listen to my wife and myself about our experience with a different vet clinic, and what turned us off of that vet clinic and what we were looking for in regards to Gary's comfort. The exam was not rushed Dr Marx gave Gary time to get as comfortable as possible in the exam room. Dr Marx allowed Gary to stay in the exam room, for the vaccines and the blood work. We were allowed to say in the room with him and there was no transportation to another area for that work where Gary could get scared and bite someone. My wife and I really appreciate the patience and the compassion shown to Gary to my wife and myself. Thank you Village Veterinary Clinic for putting both our minds at ease and restoring our faith in Veterinary Clincs!”

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them”

“My wife and I switched to Forest View Animal Hospital a few years ago, back when they were still located off Huntington Road in Hoffman Estates. One of the main reasons we made the change was because it had become nearly impossible to get our dog, Winston (a 7.5-year-old Cockapoo), into our previous veterinary office.

From day one, Forest View has been incredibly accommodating — from the front desk staff, to our primary veterinarian, and especially the office manager, Suji Kim. Winston used to shake uncontrollably and practically beg to leave our former vet’s office, but now he is genuinely excited to go to Forest View and see his new “friends.”

We’ve been going to Forest View for several years and even followed them to their new location off Golf and Barrington Road, despite it being 10–15 minutes farther for us. That alone says a lot. They greet and treat Winston like he’s one of their own. They consistently do their best to accommodate last-minute appointment requests, and if they can’t, they always offer realistic options in the near future.

Their pricing is reasonable, and they’ve proactively suggested ways for us to save money on future care Winston may need. Winston was our “kid before the kids,” so his health and safety mean everything to us. Forest View Animal Hospital has gone above and beyond to provide that level of care, and Suji Kim is truly the best.”

Everyone in this clinic is wonderful—from the receptionist to the vet techs to Dr. Williams herself. It may be a small practice, but the quality of care, the warmth, and the genuine love for animals is huge.

“This is the best vet office/hospital in the Chicagoland area. Private equity is not a thing here. Dr. Donna cares about her patients and will charge reasonable prices. We drive an hour to make sure our dog gets the care she deserves. For the people who are complaining about appointments etc, you don't know the cost of running a medical office.
