“I had such an exceptional experience at this Home Depot location that I felt compelled to share it.
After visiting multiple stores trying to find a plant that matched the aesthetic I needed for my office, I kept running into limitations and was honestly feeling discouraged. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Aidan, who immediately stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.
Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.
Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.
It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

“This past June 2025, I purchased two Pioneer DV-2042K Multi-Region DVD players from DVD Overseas Electronics. This multi-region DVD player is one of the best, if not the best, on the market today. My order through Overseas Electronics was processed and shipped promptly. The order was packaged safely and securely upon receipt. “Reserved and rented a tiller to make a new garden plot. We always rent from here and haven't run into any issues. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I was talking with one guy about making a new garden bed and he suggested I use mushroom compost. We did and had a great harvest!
Only suggestion is that the website tells customers when equipment reservations begin during peak seasons and when walk in rental end so that people can plan ahead.”

“John and Tony, who drive the forklift in the yard, were very helpful to me. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I needed a total of 34 bags of river rock loaded into my car, which I could never have done on my own. Very grateful they were there and so willing to help. Please add Luke to the list of good guys who know what they’re doing and provide great help when you need it.”
“I had to get a new faucet and the supervisor in the faucet department gave me an incredible deal and was absolutely above and beyond with help. I feel bad cause I forgot his name. But I will be going back for any home needs for sure. Pretty sure , this is the only five star I ever gave.”

“Menards great pricing . The surrounding streamwood centre is full of competitors retail, just minutes away although traffic could get congested. But a majority of the surrounding storefronts compliment streamwood if you choose to drive during non congested hours.”
