Home Services at The Home Depot offers a range of home improvement solutions, including flooring and gardening supplies. Customers generally express satisfaction with the quality of service and the professionalism of the installation crews. Many commend the punctuality and understanding nature of the staff, especially when scheduling changes occur due to personal circumstances. While the installation process is often smooth, some reviews highlight concerns regarding the accuracy of initial quotes, especially regarding additional costs for materials and leveling. Customers appreciate the opportunity to see materials in larger sizes before making a decision, which helps in choosing the right options. The variety of tools and gardening equipment available is also noted, making it a helpful destination for home and garden needs. Overall, Home Services at The Home Depot is recommended for anyone looking to enhance their home, though potential customers are advised to ensure thorough communication with estimators regarding costs and measurements.
We had 4 rooms of carpet installed. It looks great. They arrived on time and finished in a few hours. Would use Home Depot installers again for flooring.
