This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“I went to Boyce body Werks in Naperville this morning. I called them at 8:10 am and the front staff kindly got me in for 9 am today. The front staff is very helpful and we chatted like we have been friends for a long time! This is the 2nd time I've been there and I can say they are phenomenal. Friendly, and so accommodating. “I needed fuel injector o-rings for a 30 year old Ford truck quickly. The AutoZone website said that this was the only location anywhere near me that had them in stock and thankfully it was only a 20 minute drive from me. The store was empty when I visited on a weekday morning and the gentleman who helped me found the o-rings within a minute. I bought their last two packs.
The price was pretty much the same as Rockauto would've been with shipping. Thankfully we live in such a large metro area so it's almost a guarantee that at least one AutoZone location is going to have what you need in stock, even if your truck is 30 years old.”
