On internet office time show 7 am as opening time .when I reached here for blood work . The office is closed. Then I called the main office to enquire the timing. They told me that opening hrs are 8 am. I waste my one hour sitting here. Who will pay this time. I need answer for this lapse.

The place stays that is open at 7 am and when called they do not open until 8am, misleading on the hours of operation.

Where to begin? The front house staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Refills take forever and you cannot speak to a person. Most importantly the mask hysteria is in full force over here. You have staff yelling at (not me) grown adults from across a large room for moving their mask to their chins, NO ONE WITH COVID SYMPTOMS IN THE ROOM OR WITHIN 10 ft of another person. And to still have medical professionals screaming about how masks work for Covid at this point, after all we know, is absurd. We loved Dr. Zator but left Duly for good after 9 years because we are done with Duly and this office staff and manager. The doctors there may want to jump in here. Your office staff is costing you patients. We found a wonderful family practice that treats us like HUMAN BEINGS. I wish I had moved our family years ago.

The doctors are awesome here, but the frustrating part is that you can no longer get a hold of the staff here for a simple medical question, after a visit (i.e., doctor's nurse, doctor etc). As someone mentioned in a previous review, if you try calling to talk to a clinical staff member, you will get routed to an off-shore call center. If you try e-mailing through the app, it could take days or even a week for a response back. This has been a big sore spot for me and is probably a sore spot for other patients.

Before they where duly I used to be able to call and get ahold of them for medication refills and visits without a problem . Maybe a little bit of a wait but always got called back with a hour or two. Now it's almost impossible to get ahold of them . And visits are getting changed within a week of them coming up wich makes life hard for me while working .

Since Duly health and care took over you cant even get hold of the office. Now they have there off shore answering. Why would I want to talk to someone not even in the USA. The office staff and mt Doctor are great!

Went here for lab work. Waited a couple minutes - not a problem at all. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Tech was very careful to ensure the collection was a easy and relatively painless as possible. I recommend this location to anyone needing lab work.

I was very unhappy about the treatment I received for lab tests. Firstly, the lab tech trying to draw my blood was stabbing my arm to catch a vein, as if going in blind, and swirling the needle around! And when that failed, the same for my other arm until they succeeded. Secondly, the whole drawing out blood process was rushed! Swirling around a needle inside my arm as if their life depended on finding my vein... Lastly, I had an allergic reaction, hives, on both arms as if the arm cushions we not sanitized.

I probably shouldn't be writing while FURIOUS...but here I go. DMG has been sub par for quite some time then they were bought by Duly.... BIG MISTAKE! They are the rudest most incompetent 'staff' I have ever experienced in my 57 years on this planet. Mary T answered with as much enthusiasm as a fossil, I proceeded to tell her why I was calling... she then proceeded to ask me in all medical lingo what it was exactly I needed. I guffawed... then said a little slower so she would understand this time what it was I needed... she still had no clue! I told her AGAIN!!!! She called the pharmacy (which is not what I needed), called me back to tell me that I had just picked up my prescription . I'm so glad she informed me that I had just picked up my prescription as i was unaware. . Again...INCOMPETENT!! I have since called back only to get even more incompetent staff. Leo said he was a human and needed to know why I was calling. I'm glad we've established he's a human. He was useless as he forwarded me to customer service only for me to need a 5 digit code. Called back yet again... got Liz who gave me the customer number direct and apologized for the people prior to her. I called and it just rings and rings and rings and rings... I give up!! Time to find a new practice as they couldn't be anymore INCOMPETENT!!!!! BEST ADVICE.... DONT GO HERE.... SAVE YOUR SANITY!!!!

It doesn't take two weeks to get lab results. When a patient calls three times a day, one would think you are out your mind. I wish my original MD never sold his practice to DMG.

I’ve been a patient at this office for over 10 years, if you’re able to get ahold of someone (that seems to be the tricky part though), the care provided is good, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. They have insanely long call wait times I’ve waited on hold for over an hour to talk to a nurse/PA (even pre-COVID). The wait times to get RX refills can take a week or more. The response times are generally outrageous. I don’t recommend this office if you need anything done timely.

My insurance covers 1 annual physical with routine labs 100% and has never been a problem until this year. My visit was coded incorrectly and when I called billing, Donna, the billing rep started yelling at me after my first sentence. Kept telling me "people need to understand that they need to pay their portion of labs". She wouldn't even listen to me, kept cutting me off and insisting it was correct. I'm a nurse practitioner and I know quite a bit about coding and billing. I even confirmed with my insurance rep that the routine labs code was missing when my visit was submitted. Totally unprofessional lady and needs to find a different job!!! I used to refer patients here, not anymore!

I had been seeing Dr. Zator for years, he was a good doctor my issue is not with the doctor it’s with Dupage medical. I’d completed an e-visit which gave me the option to select my dr for review which I did, I got a response from a doctor I had never seen the information he gave was complete wrong, he also closed the e-visit so I could not respond. I called the customer advocate line and advised I was very unhappy with the service and that I had request my dr to review and advise the dr gave me miss info and closed the visit so I could not respond, the glady I spoke with credit my credit card back for the visit, 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for the same visit so I sent an email though my chart to billing dept to find out why. Well ladies (Christy j and Suzanne) that responded where rude I got different response and the run around. So I paid the bill the money was not the issue the customer service was it’s all about the money not the patient. I also advised I would not return, not only did they not care I was give bad info from a doctor that never bothered to look at my records but the $35.00 was more important than my health. I would not recommended DGM to anyone.
