“Bartlett Northwestern has been my go-to for my kids and myself for the past six years. They’ve consistently provided exceptional care and patience, especially when I’ve had to bring all four of my kids in at once. The doctors are quick to see patients, and I’ve never left feeling neglected. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. I’ve witnessed patients being rude to them, but they remain professional and composed. The doctors have always diagnosed us accurately and prescribed effective treatments. Note: This review is in response to the 2.8-star reviews on Google that I find puzzling.”

“Never had any issues lol? People are dramatic. Now if they came on a weekend or something I understand. *Never* go here on a weekend day. Usually about two or three staff members in there cut them some slack. Here's what matters to me: Clean, friendly, gets the job done. Good enough for me.”
