Someone recommended me to the Verizon store in St Charles. I'm so happy that I went there, I'm 74 and don't know a lot when it comes to the new technology. Amar went beyond to help me find a new phone and get it all set up! This is my go to store from now on. Thank you again Amar!”

“I came in this evening to pick up my new phone and to have everything transferred. The store manager, Jim stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was transferred and that I was happy with everything. He never rushed me and was truly FIRST CLASS!!! He also gave me a great deal on my accessories!!!!
