“Thank you Jonny for the help transferring my Tmobile service to AT&T! I def think you deserve 5 stars and was a pleasure working with you thanks for everything and will be back. You made everything very simple and clear and that’s what my previous provider did not do for me.”

“Went in for a new phone/upgrade at this location and Lisa provided me with possibly the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced. She was cordial, very knowledgeable about each product and plan, trustworthy, and she explained everything in a clear and concise manner. She went above and beyond helping me with the transfer of data which saved me a ton of time and aggravation. She turned a transaction I was dreading into a pleasant and easy experience. Lisa is the reason I will remain a loyal customer AND I will recommend her to my family, friends, business contacts, and more.”

“This past June 2025, I purchased two Pioneer DV-2042K Multi-Region DVD players from DVD Overseas Electronics. This multi-region DVD player is one of the best, if not the best, on the market today. My order through Overseas Electronics was processed and shipped promptly. The order was packaged safely and securely upon receipt. When I made a few phone calls to the company the representatives with whom I spoke with were very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend DVD Overseas Electronics to anyone!”

“I highly recommend this local repair center. Sergio and his team are very professional, communicative, and timely in their repairs! I had an iPhone 13 mini that had the back glass shattered. I called on a Friday, they were able to order a genuine Apple frame (in the color I wanted) and Apple battery that came over the weekend and when I came in they fixed the phone in just a few hours. A brand new phone and battery for way less and in less time than going through the Apple store would do!”

“This review is specifically for Yania N at the T Mobile store in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Il. I ordered a new Samsung phone on T-Mobile online to replace my 8 year old Samsung phone and decided I needed some help setting up the new phone. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, introduced herself, and took great care of us. There were a few glitches setting up the new phone, but she quickly figured out a way to complete the transfer. I would have spent many hours on this, but she did it quickly and expertly. She politely asked a few questions about our internet coverage and gave us some great information on their wireless internet service - no pressure just information. I observed great customer service from all T-Mobile employees at this location for about 40 minutes as we waited for the data to be transferred from my old phone to the new phone. We will always come to this location when we need help from T-Mobile and I hope to see Yania next time too...”

“After a very disappointing experience at another carrier, we walked into Verizon expecting a long and stressful process. Instead, Mina completely turned our day around. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a complicated switch incredibly easy. What impressed us the most was her dedication. She actually stayed past closing to make sure our transfer was completed and that we left with everything working properly. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days and did not go unnoticed. Mina is a tremendous asset to Verizon. Because of her professionalism and commitment to her customers, she earned our trust and our business. If you're visiting this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for Mina. Thank you for making a stressful situation such a positive experience!”

“Chris and the entire team are absolutely amazing! Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. I went to this store for questions regarding my bill and wanting savings, Chris gave me details on how I could get the most out of my plan that I was changed to, helping me maximize my dollar! He smelled amazing and expensive. I'm not sure what the abusive reviews are from Demi and her obvious family but there seems like an ulterior motive based on the patterns I'm seeing. Yikes to see adults behave this way! I highly recommend this store and Chris because I've never felt so taken care of as a customer in any other store! Thank you!”
