“I have been working with Pete and he's been amazing. I've called numerous times and he's been so helpful, patient and kind with answering all my questions and with being transparent and honest. I will definitely be going here for future services as I am happy with how above and beyond they go.”

“I had a very honest tech (Angela) who told me that my oil was still clean and full. Not ready for the oil change yet according to records. Totally appreciate the honesty and the professionalism here in Bartlett!”

“Uodated** I am reading other reviews and there is no way. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I have been a customer of this Jiffy forever. All the guys are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. No one has ever given attitude. The place is always clean and they are always on point. They are always open rain, snow, or shine. I bring them pizza for dinner or lunch and donuts and treat for breakfast depending on my appointment. Joe and the guys are Amazing! They are always honest and do what's right. They have integrity and that means more to me, who doesn't know anything about vehicle mechanics, than anything else. They do amazing work! Thanks Joe and team!”
