“Thanks to the employee in this store I sent my package without delay. I called this UPS store earlier and I asked them if I come minute or two late they will accept package, but cause of traffic I came 9 minutes late. The employee was very kind and accept my package without arguing. I apologized to him for being late and expressed my respect and understanding.
Just I wish there is more people like that in this world .

“Dominic was personable and efficient. I called about notary services and he explained on the phone what I needed to bring with me enabling him to notarize my document. When we got to the store he helped us promptly and the whole process was completed in minutes. Will go back for upcoming notary and shipping needs. Thank you”

I found this place when I was looking for a place that doesn't overcharge me for packing. Not only do they have fair prices, the packing itself is very well done and they can ship USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and possibly more all from the store! You just give them the label, they pack it, and then you leave!
They specialize in shipping sensitive equipment, like medical devices, too! They can also custom make boxes and crates.”

Brent is the Associate that usually helps me and he is always friendly, professional and helpful. He helped me with a lamination project that turned out beautifully! Ron Is also helpful. I never wait In line. A second Associate always comes to the desk if there’s more than one person in line! The store is very organized and never cluttered.
This location always takes my USPS packages unlike other locations. I truly appreciate all the services offered.”
