“Dr. Baker has always show himself to be a truly caring Veterinarian. He has served our family pets since he started working there and has remained just as caring, if not more, with each passing year. He explains everything in great detail and answers every question with care and patience. The office staff has also been wonderful! We are moving out of state soon and it will be challenging to find as good a team of people in my new place, as we had at the Bartlett Animal hospital.”

“After dealing with a misdiagnosis from another vet and being unable to book an appointment with our primary vet, my partner found Heartland Animal Hospital through some searches. We were desperate to find some help for our cat's corneal ulcer. Staff was very kind and understanding of our issues, and intake was very thorough, listening to everything we have to say and putting down every detail. Dr. Hart is very kind and very knowledgable, and she walked us through our cat's examination and recommended eye specialists for him. Our cat was handled well, and I really appreciated how much care they showed for our situation and for our boy. Thanks so much for your guys' help! It's given us a lot of relief and confidence to come out to Heartland if we ever find ourselves in a pinch again.”

“I like going to Army Trail Animal Hospital because of the wonderful customer service and the speedy scheduling with my diabetic dog, Lance. Every time I come in to pick up his insulin, they know me by name. The staff are the best when it’s scheduling an appointment or rescheduling. I highly recommend them. Thank you.”
