“There is an employee at krogers in Bartonville I wish I could steal and bring to my job. Her customer service skills are flawless ❤️ Edit post: Her name is Jessyka Searle. Some how my pickup order was missing a bunch of items. She spoke with me for a long time on the phone trying to figure out what happened. She then gave me her personal number so I can text her all my missing items, made appropriate substitutions (or offered credit towards next purchase but subs were fine). She apologized again and wanted to make things right. She was so sweet and so genuine!! I love great customer service!”

CVS got it filled right away which was great but when I went through the drive through to pick it up I asked if they would get me a bag off chips - they did.Today I needed to pick up Musinex and, having just tested positive for covid went through the drive through. They never even raised an eyebrow - came back with Musinex, made sure it was the one I needed and rang me up.I love this pharmacy!”
