“Up until 2/17/25, weekends opened at 7am. Starting 2/17/25, open at 6am EVERYDAY. Now close at 10pm on weekdays, 830pm on Saturdays, and 730pm on Sundays. Yes, engines need to be turned off for safety. It is an explosion hazard. This has been federal law since the 1950’s. However, Costco is really the only business to have attendants who force it.”

First and foremost are the people...Laura, Tami, Marena, and Kelly are all professional and friendly, and really take the time to ensure the frames we chose were exactly the right ones...look, feel, sturdiness, and price. They all have the perfect "eye" for what looks good and what does not. :-) They take extra time to ensure the lens measurements are spot on, and do all they can to get the best price between my insurance, and current discounts all while staying within my budget. They are all very efficient, knowledgeable, conversational, and have a sense of humor, all of which make the buying and trying on experience top notch. And, on top of ALL THAT goodness, the frame AND lens prices are about 50-75% less than my prior provider's office. I will never go anywhere else for glasses. “I have been using Essential Wellness Pharmacy for many years now and have always thought very highly of their staff and customer service. In the last few months though, there have now been two times that I have called for a prescription refill and the refill has been significantly delayed (7+ days from the phone call to the med being shipped), leaving me without medication (and feeling poorly) for a few days. There has to be a better way to communicate about this issue to avoid people going without medication. This last refill has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. Edited to Reply: Thank you so much for your helpful response. Both times I was not told that there might be any delay. I do think simply communicating this up front would much improve customer service. I am also glad to know that calling earlier would be an option. I will be sure to do this next time. I have adjusted my review to 4 stars and look forward to an improved experience next time.”

“The staff was extremely nice over the phone and in-person. They were also very helpful and patient given my situation. I have an issue where one of my medications has to be a certain manufacturer due to an allergy to fillers used in the manufacturer that pharmacies now use (I have a DAW - allergy on the prescription from my provider). Costco has been the first pharmacy to take the DAW seriously and not make a huge fuss or be rude or judgemental about ordering the manufacturer that I need! The time that it took to fill the prescription was decent as well. If I didn't live 30 minutes away from Costco, I would have all of my prescriptions filled there!”

I am pretty sure it is made in store and it's always so sweet and very addicting. Great selection of products, convenient location in town, and love the four berry sundae at the food court. Not a bad place to get tires either. I just wish this location had a gas station attached like other places to get the most out of our membership!”

“I began using Park Court Pharmacy when I began seeing a doctor in the Pekin Hospital. I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. My prescriptions are filled in such a timely manner. I will stop in after seeing the doctor to get my scripts filled and normally, within five to ten minutes, it is done and ready to go. I have used another pharmacy for years and it will take anywhere from one to three hours to get my prescriptions filled there, and a lot of times the "other" pharmacy will be out of the medications that I may need. I love the convenience of having the pharmacy right there as I am ready to leave the doctor. One last thing, which is a very important part of this review, the pharmacist and the lady who is usually there working when I am there are extremely courteous and helpful. The pharmacist has gone out of his way to help me with an issue I had and took the time to explain things and order a special OTC medication that he thoughht would help, and it worked tremendously! Thank you, Park Court Pharmacy for your prompt service, friendliness, and overall great service!”
