“Fantastic customer service, Pedro himself always is extremely helpful and in my experience can take a look at your car same-day or next to run a diagnostic. I’ve had multiple issues resolved here and they are very transparent with your options. For example, my hood latch issue causing alarms could’ve been my connector or the entire latch system. They fixed my cable without needing any parts, only labor. Very helpful and honest business, highly recommend!”

Didn't hound me, didnt try to sell me on anything, just listened to me vent about my car. THAT is what brought me back, the next time I came to look, the young man who was sweet as pie was the same way. Not hounding or pushy, so then the 3rd time I came I bought my car. They even followed me to the oil shop and were going to pay for an oil change. The car is drives like a million dollars, and the experience eas great. I did a test drive Tuesday afternoon, called my bank with the information on the vehicle that I wanted to buy and drove away with it Wednesday after payment was made. My first SUV to own and so far I love it. It looks and drives just as it was advertised. Very honest people that have been in the same location for 41 years. “Bought tires down at Neal’s to last me till winter when I get new sets. In the process, Neal’s recommended these guys for tire balance and rotation for the old to new and they do dispose (of course at charge). Worth it! Done in maybe 20-30 minutes and did great work even if it was just on a tire swap and rotate. Thankful for small town styled work like this! Highly recommend!”
