“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. I also saw another staff member assist unaccompanied kids to find what they were looking for. Its too often that you see staff inconvenienced by customers of any age. You won't find that here! The first time I went there was with my grandma in the summer of 2022 and we kept walking out and walking back in because we really wanted a bag then a sticker then bracelets and the man at the counter was so nice and friendly, telling us stories about some of the objects behind the counter. Then, I came back recently with my boyfriend and I got the same groovy friendly vibe. I can’t wait to come back in the summer :)”

“First time at the shop in Geneva, the customer service was great. The lady was so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, it made me want to buy everything. I ended up getting a couple of things, I got the whole face skincare regimen. Toner dries my face out a bit. One of my favorites is the vitamin D serum, it goes on so nicely and feels great on the skin. I got the face cream, so far so good on that one. Aloe mask is awesome! I love the mask for a face lift and a pore clean after a long week of make up. Another one of my favorites is the hair growth serum, I believe it has rosemary in it. Anyways, highly recommend this as it has helped me so far. My hair feels thicker. Also the deodorant, I got the lavender one, so good. I love this place, it has anything you can ask for regarding self care. I recommend you check it out. Stopped at the Schaumburg location as well and great shop! 10, 10 recommend.”

“The Jockey Outlet Store has been my go to for many years for my underwear needs (Uhhh TMI). I have been going to the Jockey stores for years whenever the need for replacements comes up. What's to say? I use only black Dago T/wife beater T Shirts & an occasional white Dago T/wife beater T shirt when I wear a dress shirt so the black color doesn't bleed through. For me I only get the black underpants.I bought their white low cut ankle socks before, but I don't think the quality is that good. The elastic band always fail on the Jockey socks so they will sag down or pull off completely whenever I take off my shoes or pants. Now I only buy Nike low cut ankle socks. Jockey usually has discounted prices on underwear buy 2 items and get one for free. Both my wife and I needed thangs so we were able to take advantage of this. For being frequent buyers we also get coupons for $10 off on purchases. We had 2 $10 coupons that we needed to use.”

“I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”
